11-11 CP International, Inc., a California corporation (“Company”), collects certain information about users of our software application known as OneLife Medic, and our website (individually and collectively, the “Product”). We understand that privacy is important to our customers. This notice describes our privacy practices for the information collected through our Product. It will notify you of the following:

Our Product collects the following types of information:

Personally identifiable information

b. To make the health information accessible to Authorized Medical Professionals (as defined below).
c. To notify your emergency contact(s) that you have been involved in an accident.
d. To respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us.
e. To tell you about new services, changes to this Privacy Policy, and/or other matters.

Non-personally identifiable information

During your use of our Product, do not link this information with personally identifiable information. Thus, in effect, all such visit information is anonymous.


• Your Internet domain and Internet Protocol (“IP”) address or other unique device
identifier.
• The type of operating system, and browser (when you use our website), that you used to access our Product.
• The date and time of your visit to our Product.
• The particular Web pages or services that you accessed through the Product.
• The IP address of the website from which you came to our website (if applicable).

We use this information to learn about who visits our Product and the types of technology they use, and to analyze traffic on our Product. This information helps us understand customer needs and helps us improve our Product. We may also use certain of the information to diagnose problems with our server. Depending on the browser and/or device that you use, you can set your preferences to block location information and/or notify you before such information is released.

2. DISCLOSURE/SHARING OF INFORMATION

We will not disclose or share information about you to any third party outside of our organization without your consent, except as follows:
(i) with health care providers (including but not limited to hospitals, ambulance companies, first responders, physicians, and their staffs) to whom we license our technology to access such information by scanning your fingerprint(s) (“Authorized Medical Professionals”),
(ii) with emergency contact(s) that you have identified in your profile,
(iii) with our affiliates, vendors, or agents working on our behalf for the purposes
described in this statement, and for the storage of information that we collect,
(iv) if we are required by law to disclose the information,
(v) if you violate our Terms and Conditions of Use, and/or
(vi) as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of our assets.

3. YOUR ACCESS TO AND CONTROL OVER INFORMATION

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time.

You can do the following at any time through the Product: (i) Change/correct the health information that we have about you; and (ii) Delete any health information that we have about you.

4. SECURITY

Security is our top priority. We take high precautions to protect the information about you that we collect.

We don’t store your personal information on user’s device. We don’t follow you around with ads. And, we do NOT sale your data. We’ve built a rigorous infrastructure to be able to identify an individual and obtain his/her emergency medical data in real-time. The transmission of biometric and emergency medical data of an individual in critical conditions, can be the difference between life and death. Wherever you input personally identifiable information into our Product, that information is end-to-end encrypted so that it is transmitted to us in a more secure way. When you input the information through our website, you can verify this encryption by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

Once we receive personally identifiable information about you, we use extra layer of protection and security measures to protect the confidentiality of such information in our possession, both online and offline, while it remains in our possession and under our control.
We have created a robust infrastructure designed to safeguards large scale of our users’ data.
For example, we use implementation of multi-factor authentication that will ensure the safeguards of our product, raise the firewall, deployed encryption technology, installing antivirus software, and periodically run vulnerably tests.

We use our best efforts to limit access to the information to only those employees who need the information to perform a specific job.

Despite our precautions, electronic transmissions via the Internet are not necessarily protected from interception, and therefore do not provide a completely secure and confidential means of communication. We cannot ensure or warrant the online or offline security or confidentiality of any information that you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

5. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. If we make a significant change to this privacy policy, we will post a notification of such change on the Product. Any change or clarification will take effect immediately upon their posting on this Product.

Company’s website may link to other website(s). These other websites may have their own privacy policies. Be sure to review the privacy policy on the site you're visiting.

7. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By using the Product, you signify your acceptance of this privacy policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Product.
